The complaint filing period for tax year 2023 has closed. The next opportunity to file a valuation complaint will be for tax year 2024 from January 1, 2025, through March 31, 2025.
If you filed a complaint for tax year 2023 you can check the status of your complaint and/or upload evidence through the electronic portal.

You can still file a counter-complaint through the e-file system by creating a username and password and selecting “Counter” under complaint type. The e-file portal will be open through May 1, 2024, for counter files. Beyond that any counter-complaint must be filed hard copy.
The Cuyahoga County Board of Revision is a quasi-judicial body that is tasked with hearing various complaints as dictated by Ohio Revised Code section 5715 and Cuyahoga County Charter Section 6.02.
The main complaints presented before the Board of Revision are Complaints Against the Valuation of Real Property, however the Board also has authority to render decisions on various other complaints as allowed by ORC.
